Overview

SleepReset AI (“SleepReset”, “we”, “us”) operates the SleepReset website and mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to run your program, we never sell your data, and you can delete your account and data at any time.

Account information

  • Your name and email address, provided when you create an account or complete a purchase.
  • Your role and program track selection (for example: midnight wake-ups, postpartum, or perimenopause).

Sleep diary entries

  • What you log each night: bedtime, wake time, night wake-ups, sleep quality rating, and optional notes. This data is private to your account — it powers your progress charts, daily guidance, and AI coaching context.

Program progress

  • Which days and weeks of the curriculum you've completed, your start date, and badges you've earned.

AI coach messages

  • Questions you send to the AI sleep coach, stored so you can see your conversation history in the app.

Purchases

  • Records of program purchases and access grants: product, amount, currency, status, and a payment-processor order reference. We never receive or store your full card number.

Diagnostics

  • Basic usage analytics (which pages and features are used) and error logs, used to fix bugs and improve the product. This is aggregated and not used for advertising.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the program (rendering your dashboard, tracking progress, adapting your sleep window), provide AI coaching responses grounded in your diary and track, process payments and grant program access, send essential service emails (account verification, password resets, receipts), and keep the service safe and functioning.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising. We do not use your sleep data to build advertising profiles.

AI coaching

Messages you send to the AI sleep coach are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate responses. Your messages and relevant diary context are used only to answer your question in the moment and are not used to train the provider's models for other customers. Don't include information in coach messages you wouldn't want stored under your account.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe / Wix Payments). We never see or store your full card details — we receive only a record of your purchase (product, amount, status, and the email used at checkout) so we can grant and maintain program access.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers required to run SleepReset: our hosting platform (Base44), payment processor, authentication provider, and AI provider. Each receives only the minimum information needed for its function. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Data retention and security

Your sleep diary, progress, and account data are stored securely and encrypted in transit. We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Data associated with a purchase (receipts, program access records) may be retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Data is transmitted with TLS encryption and access is restricted inside our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard protections.

Your rights and choices

Delete your account: You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from the app (Dashboard → Settings → Delete account). Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Access and correction: You can view and edit your sleep diary and profile information directly in the app.

Emails: Essential service emails (verification, password reset, receipts) are required for account operation and cannot be disabled while your account exists.

Depending on your location (for example, California or the EU/EEA), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise them, contact us using the details below.

Children's privacy

SleepReset is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Health information note

Your sleep diary contains information about your sleep. It is self-reported wellness data you choose to record, not a medical record, and we treat it with the same care as sensitive personal data: it is visible only to you (and to us only to operate and support your account).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email to your registered address. The effective date below always reflects the current version.
